Msg to BigQuery
Msg to BigQuery is an internal tool used by Divyne’s customer service team. It securely stores the messages customers send to our Facebook Page (Divyne) and Instagram account (@getdivyne), together with our team’s replies, in our private company database. This lets our team keep track of every customer conversation, follow up on orders and measure our response times. The tool is used only by Divyne staff, does not send messages, and does not share customer data with third parties.
